Refund Policy

Every bag is made with care, down to the last stitch. If anything about yours isn't right, we want to make it right.

Returns
You may return your bag within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us first and we'll walk you through every step.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned bag, we'll process your refund within 5 to 7 business days, back to your original payment method.

Exchanges
As we're closing the store and won't be restocking, we're unable to offer exchanges for a different color or style.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 14 days cannot be accepted.

Right of Withdrawal — European Customers
Under European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason required.
