Refund & Return Policy

Returns

You may return your item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Please do not send anything back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@courale.com and include:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return (optional, but it helps us improve)

We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email and process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the item arrived defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@courale.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement (if stock is available) or a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Exchanges

As we are closing the store and stock will not be replenished, we are unable to offer exchanges for a different size, color, or style. If your item is eligible for return, we will gladly issue a refund instead.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept items that:

• Have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
• Are not in their original condition or packaging
• Are returned after the 30-day return window

Right of Withdrawal — European Customers

In accordance with European consumer law, if you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us by email at support@courale.com within the 14-day period. You must then send the item back within 14 days of notifying us. We will refund you, including standard shipping costs paid at checkout, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the returned item before issuing the refund. The item must be returned in the condition described above.
