Changed your mind right after ordering? We get it — here's how cancellations work.
Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't already been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, email us with your order number as soon as possible.
After Processing Begins
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we're no longer able to cancel it. In that case, our standard Refund Policy applies instead.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved, your refund will be issued in full to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
